Reschedule or cancellation support depends on timing, slot availability and management approval. If a slot is missed without prior notice, refund is not guaranteed.
Monthly weekday slot packages are generally non-refundable once confirmed. Unused sessions do not automatically carry forward after validity unless explicitly approved by management.
If Neton Sports is unable to provide a confirmed slot due to venue or operational reasons, a practical reschedule or suitable adjustment will be considered.
